Official Description

Blissa, the fickle feline, always purrs for Barbie, but everyone else has to be on alert. She’ll either snuggle up with Dreamhouse guests or turn their pant legs into scratching posts.

Blissa is owned by Barbie, Skipper, Stacie and Chelsea. Tawny, Blissa and Taffy teamed up to cause chaos for Ken and Ryan when they were their pet-sitters because none of the pets like pet-sitters. Blissa is only nice to people sometimes, but she's always nice to Barbie. Blissa is mostly seen with Chelsea.
